Annemieke has been practicing in the area of Intellectual Property Law during her entire career as lawyer. Her practice consists of patent, trade mark, trade name, domain names, design right and copyright litigation. Furthermore, she has experience in licensing, cooperation and non-disclosure agreements in national and international matters. Through her work for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, Annemieke has acquired specific expertise relating to Supplementary Protection Certificates and regulatory proceedings regarding marketing authorisations for medicinal products. She will also assist you in advertisement law matters.
Before she pursued a degree in law, Annemieke went to the de Université pour Étudiants Étrangers in the south of France for one year. She then studied law in Groningen, the Netherlands, and graduated by writing a final thesis on patent law. She obtained an LL.M. - specialisation Intellectual Property- at King’s College in London.
